SNEAK PEEK at the 5th Annual DBFF
This year we are planning 10 workshops, all free and open to the
public:
* Adam Montgomery, Head Programmer for Sundance, will give a
workshop for all filmmakers on how to submit films into a film
festival.
* Steve Menkin from
http://www.facebook.com/l/41da1;wdyapro.com will present
a.workshop on how to direct market your film.
* Workshops sponsored by Sony and Kodak Film.
* A 'music in film' workshop hosted by entertainment attorneys
Gerald Rosenblatt and Roz Posner.
* A workshop on shooting films in Argentina hosted by State of
Argentina film commissioner Victor Basuk.
* A filmmaker brunch hosted by Michelle Hillery from Palm Beach Film
and Television Commission.
* An informal workshop on filmmaking, hosted by Alan Metter,
Director of 'Back to School.'
* A panel on casting and how to get into film, hosted by
EMMY-nominated and Artios Award Winner Lori Wyman.
* Script-to-reel contest with 10 indie film directors starting on
Friday, March 19th.
* Battle of the Bands on Sunday, March 21st to kick-off the 5th
Anniversary of the DBFF.
