SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) – A combined penthouse apartment at The Quinn, located along Bartley Road in District 19, is on the market for $3.5 million. According to the property listing, two duplex penthouse units have been amalgamated into the 3,240 sq ft penthouse. This means the asking price translates to $1,080 psf on the floor area.
