Halloween night is approaching and this year, the holiday intersects with a full moon and a Saturday. Neighbors have gone all out setting up tombstones, skeletons and bloodied mannequins, turning homey landscapes into something more reminiscent of a haunted house.
But many Central Floridians are simply trying to spread haunted holiday cheer with inflatables, wooden cutouts and lights to entertain the neighborhood. Some have even set their displays to music, such as Cross Christmas and The Lights on Jeater Bend.
These dedicated hobbyists are giving Orlando-area residents something to enjoy from a safe distance this Halloween season, going all out with their displays even during a pandemic.
