International investor Excelsa Properties has made its first purchase in the Dallas-area. The Lebanon-based investor purchased Aspen at Mercer Crossing, a 260-unit multifamily community located at 1851 Knightsbridge Road, in Farmers Branch. This North Texas acquisition is the sixth multifamily property acquisition for the firm’s Excelsa US Real Estate I fund which is buying $500 million in U.S. property. Aspen at Mercer Crossing was completed in 2019.
Equus Capital Partners Ltd has acquired McKinney Village, a 245-unit apartment community at 201 McKinney Village Pkwy McKinney. The acquisition was made on behalf of Equus Investment Partnership XI fund. Brian O’Boyle Jr., Steve Comly and Eric DeStefano of Newmark Knight Frank brokered the sale.
EBO Marketing Inc., developer of Sandy Lake Office Park, has sold the property to local accounting firm JV Empire LLC. The office buildings have 9,224 square feet and are at 1507 and 1529 E. Sandy Lake Rd. in Coppell. They were 75% leased at sale time. Richmond Collinsworth and Jared Laake of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale.
An international investor has purchased Parkwood Village, a 39,324 square foot office building located at 8454 Parkwood Blvd in Plano. The building was developed by Dallas-based LandPlan Development and St. Ives Realty. Michael Austry and Jared Aubrey with CBRE Capital Markets brokered the sale.
The Kessler School, a pre-K through eighth grade private school in North Oak Cliff, has purchased a new campus located at 1822 W. 10th Street in Dallas. The property was formerly home of Calvary Baptist Church of Oak Cliff. Eliza Solender of Solender/Hall brokered the sale with Roosevelt Broach of Church Realty Inc.
An investor has purchased Whispering Woods, an apartment community located at 2109 Lincoln Drive in Arlington. Mark Allen and Chibuzor Nnaji of Greystone 5/8 Investment Sales Group brokered the sale.
N.K Grocery Inc. has purchased a 6,840 square-foot property at 805 Melbourne in Hurst. in Melbourne. Vision Commercial Real Estate’s Trenton Price and Scott Lowe brokered the deal.
Justin Li purchased the Bella Vista Park, a 158-unit multifamily community located at 2700 N. Buckner Blvd in Dallas, from AmeriCan Multifamily Alliance Group. The new owner plans to remodel the property. Chris Deuillet and William Hubbard with CBRE Capital Markets brokered the sale.
An investor has purchased Arbor Park, a 78-unit apartment property at 503 Brown Trail in Hurst. Al Silva, and Ford Braly with Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.
Darwin German Real Estate Investments has purchased The Corners Apartments, an 85-unit rental property located 210 Wintergreen Road in DeSoto. The investor now has more than a dozen apartment properties, mostly in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Wizards of the Coast LLC has leased 164,000 square feet of commercial space at 927 W Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie. Mark Graybill and Colton Rhodes of DFW Lee & Associates negotiated the lease with David Eseke of Cushman & Wakefield.
APL Logistics Warehouse Management Services leased 121,400 square feet of industrial space at Passport Logistics Center – Building 100 in at DFW International Airport. Blake Kendrick, Sarah Ozanne and Charles Brewer with Stream Realty negotiated the lease with Mohr Partners.
Denbury Inc. leased 104,841-square-foot for its new headquarters in the Legacy Union One building in Legacy Town Center on the Dallas North Tollway in Plano. Mike Wyatt, Travis Boothe and Maureen Kelly Cooper of Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease with Robbie Baty and Bill McClung of Cushman & Wakefield and Kristi Waddell with Cawley Partners
Rent-A-Tire has leased 103,658 square feet of industrial space at 2895 113th Street in Grand Prairie. Mark Graybill and Colton Rhodes of DFW Lee & Associates negotiated the lease with Krista Raymond of CBRE.
Newline Interactive Inc. leased 40,160 square feet of office space at 2930 Telecom Pky in Richardson. Frank Puskarich and Louis Pascuzzi with Newmark Knight Frank negotiated the lease.
Hydraquip Inc has leased 39,750 square feet of industrial space at 901-905 W North Carrier Pkwy in Grand Prairie. Mark Graybill and Colton Rhodes of DFW Lee & Associates negotiated the lease with John Brewer of Transwestern.
Tom’s Mechanical Inc. has purchased a 32,878 square foot industrial building located at 3428 West Pioneer Parkway in Pantego. Jim Hazard with brokered the sale with Michael Stanzel with NAI Robert Lynn.
Dorsey & Whitney LLP expanded its offices to 27,354 square feet in the Crescent on Cedar Springs Road in Uptown Dallas. Brooke Armstrong and Kelley Kackley of JLL negotiated the lease with Tony Click and Marissa Parkin representing the Crescent.
Kids Empire, an indoor playground, has opened in a new 18,669-square-foot location at Firewheel Town Center, a regional retail project located near the northeast corner of Bush Turnpike and State Highway 78 in Garland. Robin Barrow with Weitzman handled lease negotiations with Stephan Ktorza and Shelby Dopps with Kidder Matthews.
Texas Specialty Beverage leased 18,000 square feet of industrial space at 1225 Capital Drive in Carrollton. Eric Crutchfield and Mac Hall with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Mercer Co.
Firehouse Movers Inc. leased 14,454 square feet of commercial space at CreekView 121 – Building 8 in Lewisville. Bob Hagewood and Eric Crutchfield with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with Whitebox Real Estate.
Russell Reynolds Associated Inc. expanded its offices to 13,847 square feet in the Crescent on Cedar Springs Road in Uptown Dallas. Colliers International’s Jihane Boury and Travis Ewert negotiated the lease with Tony Click and Marissa Parkin representing the Crescent.
