Gables Estates mansion features walls of glass for $49.9 million

The owner of a sprawling eight-bedroom, 11-bath Coral Gables estate purchased last year for $25.5 million has decided to sell the property — and he’s listed it for a whopping $49.9 million, nearly twice what he paid for it.

Originally listed in February 2019 for $68 million, the 23,282-square-foot mansion, at 41 Arvida Parkway in the prestigious Gables Estates neighborhood, was purchased at auction in April 2019 by its current owner, Steven Lempera, a businessman and real estate investor.
