Former NHL star Wayne Gretzky and his wife, Janet, first built their home in Thousand Oaks, California in 2002, and the family recently put it on the market with an asking price of $22.9 million.
The Gretzky family has quite the history with this property, and this is actually the NHL legend’s second time selling the home.
