M/I Homes has a plan to build a total of 187 new, single-family homes in the Bellasera subdivision.

Dan Tartabini, vice president of sales and marketing for M/I Homes, said this is a “pretty big” development for the company. It is unique because it has some traditional single family homes as well as ranches that will be maintenance-free, he said.
People will start moving in as soon as December, Tartabini said.
“We think Sugarcreek Twp./Bellbrook are the perfect place to build,” he said. “This is an area we identified as a place we’d want to build homes on a while ago. We thought we’d be providing a different type of housing stock in the
