The company is seeking permission to develop a 38.4-acre site at 3899 N.W. Seventh St., 3800 N.W. 11th St., and 901 N.W. 39th Ave. where a 301,806-square-foot retail center currently stands, according to the report.

Terra Bella is located at 35°57′41″N 119°2′27″W (35.961292, -119.040914).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.7 square miles (7.0 km2), all of it land.
