Bristol Palin reveals her contractor boyfriend Zach Towers has met her children

Bristol Palin has revealed that she has introduced her new boyfriend, Zach Towers, to her children — before sharing a photo of her contractor beau with his arm around her 11-year-old son Tripp. 

The 30-year-old mom answered questions about her blossoming relationship with Zach during a Q&A session on her Instagram Stories on Saturday, according to Us Weekly.  

Bristol and Zach were taking a road trip when a fan asked her if he had met her three children. ‘Yes, I’ve definitely met yours,’ he replied as the camera panned to the backseat where Tripp was sitting.

Now, a section of the Eiffel Tower’s original staircase is up for sale

A segment of the original staircase from the Eiffel Tower is up for grabs.

The staircase is being auctioned by auction house called Artcurial as part of its Art Déco & Design sale on December 1.

The auction house took to Instagram to announce that the original staircase from one of the world’s most popular monuments is up for grabs.

“On the occasion of our Art Déco & Design sale on December 1st, Artcurial will be selling a part of the stairs from the Eiffel Tower! Nearly 3 meters high and comprised of 14 steps, this spiral staircase from 1889 used to connect the second and third levels of the monument. In 2016, another set of iconic from the one we call “the iron lady” was sold for half a million euros,” read the caption of the auction house’s Instagram post.

Long Beach may have to pay $149M for revoking permit on oceanfront condo towers

A Manhattan developer is seeking $149 million in damages from the City of Long Beach in a decades-old dispute after the city revoked a building permit to build three oceanfront condo towers.

A Nassau County Supreme Court judge is hearing testimony in the damages trial after the city was found liable and in default of damages owed to developer and partner Sinclair Haberman of Haberman & Haberman.

The city was found liable in 2015 for defaulting and failure to properly respond to a lawsuit over plans to build two 19-story condo buildings and a parking structure next to Seapointe Towers at Lincoln Boulevard and Shore Road.

Supreme Court Judge Jack Libert began hearing testimony last week in Mineola to determine what damages the city will be ordered to pay.

Pair of downtown Fort Worth office towers are for sale near Sundance Square

The nearly 440,000 square foot towers at 307-309 W. Seventh St. The property is 59% leased, anchored by a long-term lease with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The Star-Telegram leases two floors.

The Star-Telegram building was first constructed as a six-story Fair Department Store in 1929 and expanded in 1934. Wyatt C. Hedrick designed the 19-story building. The 16-story Oil and Gas tower was built in 1954.

Scot Farber and Tom Strohbehn of Dallas-based Younger Partners are handling the listing. An asking price was not disclosed.

“The two-tower complex is a stunning example of Art Deco and Gothic design,” Farber says.

Farber said the buildings offer a stable office market, or could be altered to include housing or a hotel.
